Welcome to my personal space on the Web.
This site grew from a page first placed online in July 1995. It has changed many times, to reflect my then-current pre-occupations and interests.
Here you will find some photographs of our lovely capital city Canberra in which I have lived since 1992, an introduction to the family history research I have conducted in isolated spurts since 1996, and opinions on several issues of interest to me.
This website was re-built in late 2008 using open-source software in a Ubuntu Linux environment. I have endeavoured to keep the web pages simple, clean and uncluttered to facilitate easy reading and printing.
